Write the offer, set the end time, and send it by email. Then read deal-page visits, claims, and staff-confirmed redemptions. Claims are not revenue.
Promosify keeps the signup, the send, and the outcome in one workspace, so you can tell a quiet afternoon from a useful one.
Signups are for your business only. People can leave with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Subscribers can choose email or text. Email sends when your workspace is ready. Text sends only after that channel is enabled.
Track visits, claims, and confirmed redemptions. Email opens are estimates. A claim holds a spot; it is not a sale.

Promosify helps local businesses collect subscriber signups, send limited-time offers, and see which offers subscribers reserve and redeem. Use it to give your regulars a reason to visit during quieter hours. You choose the offer, audience, and deadline.
Yes. Create an account and try Promosify with your own business. Free includes up to 5,000 active subscribers and 60 email flash deals per month. Create your signup banner, grow your list, and send your first offer. Choose a paid plan only if you want to send text messages.
Promosify is launching for businesses in the United States. Sending requires your business details and an available messaging channel. Your workspace shows any setup steps that still need attention before you can send.
A signup banner is a branded invitation with a QR code that leads to your business’s signup page. Customize the design, print it for your counter, checkout, or window, or share the signup link online. Subscribers choose to hear from your business; scanning alone does not subscribe them.
Yes. Open a banner and archive it to move it out of your active designs while keeping its design and insights. You can find it under Archived and restore it later. Existing printed QR codes and shared signup links continue to work.
Start with a headline, offer details, and how long the offer lasts. Use the arrows for ready-made ideas, then edit the copy to fit your business. Your headline also becomes the email subject, and your branding is applied automatically. Review the recipients and expiry before sending, or save a draft for later.
Only eligible, opted-in subscribers to your business receive it. Choose the delivery channel and, if useful, an audience such as new subscribers, previous claimers, or subscribers who have never claimed. The editor estimates the audience; consent, unsubscribes, frequency preferences, and plan limits are checked again before delivery.
A subscriber follows their personal offer link to the deal page and claims a ticket. You can limit an offer to the first few subscribers, such as the first 20. The subscriber shows the ticket’s code at checkout; your team checks it and confirms redemption in that campaign’s insights. Reserving holds a spot until the offer ends. It does not take payment or mark the deal as redeemed.
Yes. Choose Run again to reuse the offer and adjust anything you need. Each send creates a separate dated campaign, so earlier copy, recipients, tickets, and results stay intact. Open Insights to compare campaigns by send date.
Campaign insights show the path from message delivery to deal-page visits, reservations, and staff-confirmed redemptions. Subscriber profiles show redemption totals and dated promotion history, with linked email and text contacts counted together. Email opens are estimates and depend on tracking availability. Reservations and redemptions are activity counts, not proof of revenue.
Every plan has the same subscriber limit and email allowance. Growth, Growth+, and Pro add text messages and are billed monthly in USD. Free shows a Promosify mark on signup and deal pages; paid plans leave those pages unmarked. These are the current allowances:
| Plan | Price / month | Active subscribers | Email deals / month | Texts / month | Promosify mark |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5,000 | 60 | Not included | Shown |
| Growth | $9.99 | 5,000 | 60 | 250 | Not shown |
| Growth+ | $29.99 | 5,000 | 60 | 1,000 | Not shown |
| Pro | $59.99 | 5,000 | 60 | 2,500 | Not shown |
Text allowances do not mean live texting is enabled. See the text-messaging answer below. Need a larger plan? Contact us about Enterprise.
The subscriber allowance is the number of active subscribers on your list, with linked email and text contacts counted as one subscriber. It is not a monthly signup allowance. Each email deal uses one email deal from your allowance. Each text sent to a subscriber uses one text message, so a deal texted to 40 people uses 40 texts. Monthly sending allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Settings shows your usage; upgrading does not erase usage already recorded that month.
Email is supported when sending is enabled for your workspace. Text allowances are included with Growth, Growth+, and Pro, but flash-deal texting is currently a simulation: no real texts are sent. The editor labels this clearly. Check the channel status in your workspace before planning a campaign.
Go to Settings → Billing & plan. The account owner can use Stripe’s billing portal to manage payment methods, view invoices, change plans, or cancel a paid subscription. Review the price and effective date shown before confirming. Settings also displays scheduled plan changes and cancellation dates when applicable.
Yes. The owner can invite teammates from Settings → Team so they can help manage subscribers and promotions. Each person uses their own login. Billing and team management stay with the account owner, who can also remove a teammate’s access.
No app or business account is needed. Scan a business’s QR code or open its signup link in your browser. Choose an available contact method, agree to receive promotions, and verify your contact details. You can also browse participating businesses. Each business has its own subscription.
Yes. Choose offers as they happen, at most once a day, or at most once a week. Those preferences limit how often a business can send to that contact; they do not guarantee a daily or weekly offer. Use Manage subscriptions to review your subscriptions and preferences after verifying your contact details.
Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email, or visit promosify.com/unsubscribe. To look up subscriptions, complete the verification steps for your email or phone number, then choose the business you want to unsubscribe from. You do not need a business account. Unsubscribing from one business does not change your other subscriptions.
Open your reserved ticket from your personal offer link and show its promo code to the team before the countdown ends. Follow the offer’s terms and pay at the business if payment is required. Reopening the page does not restart the timer, and a redeemed ticket cannot be used again. Contact the business with questions about its offer or purchase.
Send us a note with what you were trying to do and what happened. Include an email address where we can reply. Business owners can also use Help & support in their workspace. Please leave out passwords, verification codes, and payment-card details.
Up to 5,000 active subscribers and 60 email flash deals a month. Paid plans add text messages.
